New Year’s Resolution
Here we go again with the new year’s resolutions. It’s that time of the year where some of us will make unrealistic goals. One of my favorite things that most people try to commit to is fitness. At the start of the year, everyone is at the gym, then people gradually stop going. By end of February, the gym would be empty because everyone received their tax returns.
